Please review these terms and conditions prior to your stay. It will be assumed you have read and agreed to these once you have made your booking.

Self-Check in is from 3pm, you will receive instructions on the day prior of your booked date of the lockbox code for your cabin. Prior to this you should already have received instructions for parking and the location of your cabin.

On the day of check out the patio furniture cushions should be returned to the inside of the cabin, so they remain dry for the following guests. All radiators, lights and water heater should be turned off. Check out is strictly 11am unless otherwise agreed in advance, please ensure the windows and doors are locked when departing and then return the key to the lock box. During your stay please do not leave the site with the cabin key, always return to the lockbox (lockbox is at cabin).



To secure your required booking date, a deposit of £50 of your booking is taken. This amount goes towards the total amount due for your stay, which is due 2 weeks before your booking date. For bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance, the full amount is payable at time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking deposit is received in cleared funds. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is automatically assumed so we recommend you read them carefully before payment of the deposit. You will be sent a reminder when your balance is due. If this is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to release your accommodation back into general sale and your deposit will not be refunded. 



You may cancel your stay with a full refund when we are provided with more than 5 days notice of your stay, you also may amend your booked date and no fee is charged. If the alternative date chosen is a higher fee, the difference will have to be paid.

Within 36 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your booking you will receive a 50% refund of your fee. Within 48 hours you may not amend the date of your booking as it is unlikely that we would be able to find alterative guests for the date.

Guests paying through Paypal are entitled to a refund less the Paypal fee (3%), payments by card will be refunded less the card fee.




The person booking, when booking on behalf of other people, is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information to those persons that we send them. For example, these Terms and Conditions.




If you cause any damage to your cabin or elsewhere on the site during your stay, please inform us. We understand that accidents happen but often damage is made a lot worse by being left without repair.

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to your cabin or to the site in general. This includes using confetti which is strictly banned from the site for environmental reasons and requires a deeper clean to restore for the next guests staying.

For group bookings of all three cabins a refundable damage deposit of £100 may be requested for each cabin to cover any damage, breakages or cost of additional time spent cleaning where the venue is not left in a reasonable state or if, in our opinion, you have behaved in an unreasonable manner. The damage deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your stay unless any of the above have occurred. Should any member of staff have to intervene because of your unreasonable behaviour, £50 of the damage deposit will be retained for each call out.

If the damage deposit is not paid prior to your stay or if the damage caused is more than the amount of the damage deposit, then we reserve the right to charge you.




Guests must be respectful to other guests on the site. Loud noise and nuisance will not be tolerated at any time and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Guests who in our reasonable opinion are causing nuisance may be liable for loss of damage deposit money and/or be required to immediately leave the site.




Occupancy of a cabin must not exceed 4 people. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and/or ask you to leave the site at any time if your numbers exceed this. The booking will then be deemed cancelled with full loss of payment.

We don't allow anyone on site who is not staying with us, unless this has been specifically requested prior to your stay and we have agreed to it under the specific circumstances.




Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Small accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged but you are required to report all breakage and damage to the owners at the time or before you leave the site.




No pets are allowed on site at any time.




The Lodges at Garvagh accept no liability for any belongings left on site at any time.




Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins under any circumstances. Smoking outdoors is permitted but please collect any cigarette butts and dispose of them in the cigarette tubs/ bins.


Use designated area for firepits. Firepits should strictly not be used under the decking of the lodge.
